What did you like most about the course?

What I liked most was the course showed me how to qualify short sale transaction that will close. This showed me which ones to eliminate and focus on the ones that would actually close and help my clients avoid foreclosure on their credit reports.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

The CSP website is my biggest take away.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I learned how to qualify short sale transactions and I took the marketing letter that I received from the course and applied it to my marketing.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

My listings have increased and I have closed 2 short sale transactions since I have taken the course.

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

I would master the ASR.
