What did you like most about the course?

I felt the course was very informative, I had taken a few short sale courses prior to taking your course and felt I had a pretty good knowledge and understanding of short sales. I did learn new things from your short sale class. The instructor was very knowledgeable.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

How the calculate if the short sale was feasible financially for the mortgage company.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I have been advertising in our ads that we have a certified short sale professional on staff.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

I have helped a lot of our client avoid the foreclosure stigma and negotiate a short sale with their lender. It has increased our GCC at the office. Increased our production while at the same time helping people in tough situation. Its a win win situation

I have recommended it to every associate in my office. I want to be able to advertise that we all our agents are Certified Short Sale Specialists.
