What did you like most about the course?

This course was so convenient. I could go online and study short sales when it fit my schedule.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

All the information that was provided by the instructor was great. He cleared up a lot of questions I had on the short sale process. The biggest gift was knowing when a short sale was probably not going to work. I could then decide to take the listing or walk away.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I have sent informational postcards to homeowners who have ARMS. I advertise my CPS designation on my web page, business cards and local publication. I also provide valuable short sale information to my first time homebuyer classes.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

The valuable information I received from this course helped me as a selling agent through a difficult transaction. I was happy that I at least understood the frustrating process and could keep my clients informed.

If you would recommend the course to others, please express why with a few words:

There are so many courses that an agent can take to get up to speed on short sales. Why not take a course where you enjoy the online lectures, get the important information you need and get a designation.

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

I would like to master home staging.
