Interview With: Krystn Hill of Merritt Island, FLWhat did you like most about the course?The Certified Short Sale Professional Course is a must for everyone in today's market. Our clients want to know at an ever increasing rate what short sales are, and how they can benefit from a short sale or short sale purchase. Realizing that I had a lot to learn about this subject to best represent my clients, I took this class. What was your biggest takeaway from the course?Being able to analyze a seller's situation and know pretty clarly whether or not you can help them. What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?I have designed a postcard mailing using foreclosure info for the property assessors site. What results did you create from applying what you learned?I got back a frustrated buyer who "had enough" of getting rejected after weeks of waiting. I did not realize at the time what the process was and where the property was in the process. I called my buyer back and got him reinterested. We are now sucessfully negotiating another buy. I had so much more confidence and knowledge this time around that the loss mitigator said, "I wish you would run a class out there...you really are prepared!!!"
