What did you like most about the course?

The "down-to-earth" advice that was easily translated to my current business. I am in the midst of my first short-sale, negotiating with the lender and using most of the form examples provided. So far, everything is moving along just as the course explained.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

The forms and knowledge shared.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

Using the suggested "scripts" when dealing with the lender.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

I was able to hit the ground running and feel like I knew what to expect even though this was my first shoort-sale transaction.
