What did you like most about the course?

I found the course to be full of current useful information. Jacob Swodeck was a very dynamic instructor, and the course was very easy to navigate on-line. This is the third short-sale course I have taken this year, and by far I feel it was the best!

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

I wish you would of provided blank hardship letters, financial statements etc., that we could hand out to our customers. I know there ae blanks in the manual but they are a pdf file and not very clear to copy.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I am working several short sales currently, and have learned a lot of good tips. Re-course loans, non- recourse loans, promissory note etc...I feel more confident now after the course.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

I will apply everything I have learned as the short sale files I am working proceed through the system, and get closer to the end.

If you would recommend the course to others, please express why with a few words:

I have already recommended the course to others. I feel the short sales will be the majority of the transactions we will be working, and those with the knowledge will survive.

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

Dealing with difficult people!
