What did you like most about the course?

I have done short sales from the buying aspect. I have attended many lawyer taught classes on short sale seminars, and never really truly understood it. By taking this course, CSP at home in my spare time, I found it very interesting, very informative, and hard to stop watching the course. The instructor was captivating in his approach to teach this course. The material followed right along with what he was saying, at first ( I would look back in the pages to see what I missed, but they were not behind me, but in front of me). The quizes at the end of each chapters reinforced what I had just learned. The instuctor covered everything, from how to determine if a short sale is possible, to how to get leads to work with, and even by positioning yourself for the leads to come to you. I feel releived that I now know the process, and have the skills to do Short Sales, thanks to this course. I would highly recommend this course to everyone in the real estate market, you never know when this will come up, so being prepared is the best way to handle it, and this course prepares you!

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

The instructor truly was an expert on short sales. Not all short sales are going to work out, but with his formulas, you are able to know in just a few minutes if a listing is something you want to take on. This is a tremendous way to go for not wasting time and giving high hopes to potential sellers. The instructor also taught us ways to help in other ways, which in the long run is better for both the agent and the client.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

Only having just completied this course, I now have a plan of action. I learned how to propect for short sale leads, where to find them, and what to do with them. I feel this is a tremendous opportunity to generate more than enough business for me. I can't wait to get started!

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

I beleive there is a ton of business out there in short sales. I truly now feel better about myself, and my abbility to create more business and help people in need of my services thanks to this class.

I would highly recommend this course for all realtors! It covers everything from soup to nuts in the short sale catagory. I will continue to watch this course over and over again, as it is as entertaining as it is informative. If you are in real estate, this course is a must!

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

How to market myself above others. Where as my business comes to me, not me chasing the business!
