What did you like most about the course?

It was very informative, and interesting. The speaker covered everything I needed to know about Short Sales. The material followed right along with the video. And the quizes at the end of each chapter were very reinforcing.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

How to start a short sale, and where to get leads to increase my business.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I have set up mailers on a hit list from the sources I learned about in the course.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

It took some time but I closed a difficult transaction, Time frames go out the window when dealing with short sale, but still I recieved my commission that I would other wise not have recieved.

If you would recommend the course to others, please express why with a few words:

I would definitely recommend this to others, in todays market you need this in your arsenal to be able to help ohers in trouble. Commission or not, it is a good feeling helping others, as the client (customers) always come first.

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

I liked this so much, I am seriously considering taking your Luxury Home Specialist. It is a market I am already in, but I still don't consider myself an expert. I believe if the class is as good as the one I just took, I will be.
