What did you like most about the course?

I like the most the calculation of the pricing. I was helping a buyer on a short sale property (my first short sale) and because of the knowledge that I got from this course, I was able to ask intelligent questions to the listing agent and made the necessary follow ups to ensure that all the documentations needed by the lien holders are submitted.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

My biggest take away is that I can handle short sales with confidence.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I had asked the listing agent questions regarding the pricing of the property, any unpaid taxes, arrears and calculated them against listing price.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

I was able to close my first short sale as buyer's agent, with compliments from the listing agent, that I know my stuff regarding short sale.
