What did you like most about the course?

My other profession is a title agent for over fifteen years. I have been seeing in this decling market the need for professionals that will help the sellers through these times, so I recently became a realtor to help. As a title agent I have been educating other professional Realtors so they have the knowledge of short sales, this course was a great reinforcement of what I have been educating is what this course is all about. I stronly recommend to all Professionals if you want to have a profession in Short Sales, to take this course. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

I have none, this was great.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

As a title agent, I had no idea that it is suggested that the Realtor show up to the Appraisal or BPO. As a Realtor the more I learn about short sales the more successful I will be at helping people.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

I have assisted in obtaining additional time from the court before the bank completed their foreclosure.
