I found the course to be full of current useful information. Jacob Swodeck was a very dynamic instructor and the course was very easy to navigate online. This is the third short sale course I have taken this year and by far I feel it was the best!

What I liked most was the course showed me how to qualify short sale transaction that will close. This showed me which ones to eliminate and focus on the ones that would actually close and help my clients avoid foreclosure on their credit reports.
